Practicing law is my second career. Prior to this profession, I worked in the computer software and hardware industry. This experience compliments my law degree by giving me insight to comprehend the concepts of business practices and the associated legal aspects.

I have a general law practice with a focus on small business needs. It is my goal to assist my clients in overcoming and controlling/managing the obstacles often associated with starting and growing a business. I can draft legal documents such as employment and partnership agreements, review existing documentation and advise on all matters a small business may encounter and assist in a legal and healthy growth.
